About Chef Lindsay
Chef Lindsay, a Laguna Beach native and the youngest of three sisters, grew up with strong influences in wellness and community from her family. Her mother is a local Ayurvedic doctor, her father spent 20 years as a Laguna Beach landscape gardener before moving to Santa Fe, NM, where he works as an American antiquities dealer, and her stepfather lives in Eugene, Oregon. A 1998 graduate of LBHS and a single mother of two boys—16-year-old Diego and 8-year-old Mateo.
A New Chapter: Nirvana by Chef Lindsay
With the current rebranding of Nirvana Grille after 16 years to Nirvana by Chef Lindsay, she’s expanding her offerings to include a Kitchen + Pantry, Custom Woodwork, Product Line, Off Site Catering, and Private Events. Her focus on clean, unprocessed food emphasizes sustainable, grass-fed, non-GMO, organic, and free-range ingredients sourced from local vendors. Committed to community health and wellness, her expanded market offerings will offer grab-and-go options, lunch & dinner services.
